This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of school uniforms purchased from Knowledge Tree World School.
1. Returns and Refunds
We do not have return in our policy. Customer can exchange unused products in 7 days of purchase. We have a no refund policy.
2. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you may but only after inspecting the product physically and it should be a unused product.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your request.
